Once production of custom or made-to-order products has begun, cancellation, modification, return, or refund may be limited or unavailable except as expressly agreed in writing.

8. Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges

Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the terms stated in the applicable quotation, purchase order, invoice, contract, or written return authorization.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially manufactured products may not be eligible for return or cancellation after production begins.

No product should be returned without prior written authorization from Hospitality Pillows.

Additional return, restocking, freight, or handling charges may apply where permitted by the applicable agreement.
