Discover

We begin with the property, the guest experience, and the design intent. Share drawings, inspiration, specifications, quantities, budget parameters, target delivery, and any operational considerations. If the program is still taking shape, we will help identify the decisions needed to move forward.

Develop

Our studio translates the brief into a workable pillow program. Depending on scope, this may include dimensions, construction, insert type, textile review or sourcing, color coordination, trims, decorative techniques, pricing, and a preliminary timeline.

Prototype

Samples allow the team to evaluate scale, hand, color, fill, finish, and workmanship before production. We incorporate consolidated feedback and document approvals so the final program has a clear reference point.

Produce

Following written approval and deposit requirements, the order moves into production. Materials are received and inspected, pieces are cut and sewn, and finished goods are reviewed against the approved specification.

Pack & Deliver

Orders are packed according to the agreed project plan. Where available, project-specific labeling or room grouping can make receiving and installation more efficient. We provide shipping information and coordinate any final documentation required.
